Creative Project Manager
Role Overview:
The Creative Project Manager will collaborate closely with our Creative Director and talented team of creatives to ensure the seamless execution and delivery of projects. This role is at the heart of our project management processes, ensuring that all creative projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our clients' satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the project lifecycle for creative projects, from initial conception through to completion. This involves detailed planning, scheduling, and tracking of project progress using tools such as Notion, Tmetric and/or Asana. Managing and facilitating project kick-offs, meetings, & de-briefs
- Scoping & costing of projects along with supporting business development in the same
- Act as the primary liaison for client interactions, including leading zoom meetings, facilitating sales calls with potential clients, and maintaining ongoing communication through email and other channels. Conduct regular client communication, expectation setting and management, as well as provide strategic direction
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to correct any scope/budget deviations.
- Coordinate, schedule and manage our network of contracted talent, ensuring that all creative outputs meet our high standards of quality and creativity. Daily communication through Slack, email, and project management tools like Notion and/or Asana is a key part of this process.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all creative outputs before client presentation, leveraging a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Efficiently manage the feedback loop between clients and our creative team, ensuring clear and constructive communication throughout the project.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in managing multiple creative projects simultaneously, with a knack for keeping projects on track and within budget.
- Exceptional ability to understand complex briefs and articulate them clearly to both clients and creative talents.
- Performance Marketing understanding & experience
- Proactively manage and foster client relationships by acting as a strategic advisor to the client using a keen understanding of the client's business and marketing objectives, not only the current project.
- Ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of creative professionals, fostering an environment of creativity and productivity.
- Familiarity with no-code development tools, and specific experience with Shopify, Webflow, and WordPress. Knowledge of Notion and Asana for project management is also preferred.
- Drive to meet and exceed targets/ timescales

- Commercially astute
- Grade-A communication skills - clear, concise and confident communicator
- While direct design skills are not mandatory, a keen eye for design and the ability to provide constructive feedback to creatives is crucial.
Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3+ years in a similar role within the creative industry, showcasing a track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Education: A background in design, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
Compensation:
- A competitive salary of up to €2,000 per month, reflective of the mid-senior level position and responsibilities entailed.
