The Challenge

LANDA, an esteemed premium bag brand, known for its exquisite designs and commitment to sustainability, sought a significant upgrade for their online presence. The challenge encompassed migrating their E-commerce store from WordPress to Shopify, aligning with their growth trajectory. The existing site required a refresh to match industry-leading aesthetics, emphasising the need for a minimalist design reflective of their high-quality products. The task also involved highlighting the captivating story behind Landa Bags. While maintaining an ongoing relationship with a Shopify developer, our role was to manage the comprehensive Shopify development and store setup project. Adding urgency, there was a time challenge to launch the new site before Black Friday, strategically tapping into heightened consumer spending for the upcoming holiday season.

Our Solution

UI Design

Analysing LANDA's clientele, competitors, and industry benchmarks, we refined brand colours and fonts to reflect contemporary trends. Through meticulous Shopify theme research, we identified and customised a suitable theme, aligning it with the updated branding. Collaborating closely with the client, we curated a selection of imagery and crafted designs for the entire website, ensuring a visually appealing and minimalist representation consistent with LANDA's product excellence.

Shopify Development

In collaboration with an external developer provided by the client, we ensured precise implementation of the designs. Beyond this, we managed the complete Shopify store setup and orchestrated the launch phase, meeting the critical pre-Black Friday deadline. This strategic timeline aimed to maximise consumer spending during the festive season, capturing the attention of potential shoppers at a prime moment.
